Journal Prompts for August

ending the year off strong journal prompts for august

Journal prompts always felt lazy or like I was cheating when I first started journaling but now they are a staple of mine. They allow me to feel like I checked off my task of journaling that day, when I need that sense of accomplishment.

The truth is journal prompts are a useful tool. Each one will make it easier to sit down and write something because your answer could be one sentence or fill up the whole page. The only real rule is to respond or answer the question in some way.

Anyway, here are this month’s prompts below. There’s also an image at the bottom of this post if you’d prefer to print something out and stick it directly into your journal. See you next month.
